HOW TO OBTAIN YELLOW PAPER FOR TRAVELLING

Yellow  card refer to international certificate of vaccinations,  it's usually of the same dimension and size with the international passport and comes with yellow back cover.
The yellow card is meant to show a traveller has been vaccinated against yellow fever, and other vaccines against some diseases peculiar to certain countries or regions.
